Philips is looking for a Director, Global Service Partner Management to drive the development and execution of advanced service delivery frameworks supporting our Global Sleep & Respiratory Care (SRC) hospital product service. You will develop strategic relationships with internal health systems teams, service suppliers, and distributors to enhance our global service operations.
What You'll Do
- Develop and execute a global strategy for service partner management, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and market needs.
- Drive strategic improvements across regions to enhance service delivery frameworks and maintain competitive advantage.
- Oversee partner performance using advanced analytics and metrics to identify improvement areas and capitalize on opportunities.
- Ensure strict adherence to SLAs and global standards through audits, corrective actions, and compliance initiatives.
- Act as the senior advocate for service partners in executive-level discussions, ensuring their interests are prioritized.
- Collaborate with commercial and marketing teams to create strategic business plans that leverage service excellence for market expansion and commercial success.
- Lead the development of comprehensive training programs to strengthen partner capabilities globally.
- Manage complex partner issues and escalations, providing strategic direction and fostering productive relationships while integrating partner feedback into organizational processes.
- Provide leadership and mentorship to the Service Partner Management team, promoting a high-performance culture and cohesive strategy execution.
- Drive succession planning, talent management, and operational efficiency through effective budgeting, scheduling, and performance oversight.
What We're Looking For
- 8+ years of experience in organizing and setting suppliers up for success.
- 8+ years of experience in KPI and metric management.
- 8+ years of experience in global supplier relationship management with repair and service suppliers.
- 8+ years of experience in process improvement.
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Engineering, Business Management, Supply Chain, Organizational Business or equivalent/related field.
- Ability to travel at least 25% of the time.
- Ability to work across global time zones.

- Pay ranges from $137,000 to $259,000 depending on location and factors.
