Adobe is seeking a Director of Global Enterprise Events Narrative to lead the strategic storytelling for Adobe's enterprise events globally. This role will define and evolve the overarching narrative that connects Adobe's innovation, vision, and technology across high-impact events with global brands, C-suite executives, and industry leaders, ensuring consistency and resonance across regions and audiences.
What You'll Do
- Define, own, and evolve the global enterprise events narrative
- Ensure consistency, clarity, and strategic alignment of Adobe’s presence across all global enterprise events
- Enable flexibility for regional, industry, and audience-specific relevance within the global narrative
- Translate Adobe’s enterprise strategy into compelling event storytelling
- Partner with enterprise marketing, product marketing, sales, and executive leadership to align event content with business goals
- Translate Adobe’s enterprise vision, AI innovation, and customer value into powerful event moments
- Develop keynote narratives and speaker briefs for high-impact executive presentations
- Ensure narrative cohesion across flagship events, industry trade shows, regional forums, executive roundtables, and speaking opportunities
- Collaborate with regional marketing, industry marketing, and field teams to adapt the global narrative for local markets
- Balance global consistency with cultural, industry, and audience nuance in storytelling
- Create repeatable narrative frameworks, templates, and enablement tools for global use
- Empower teams worldwide to execute event storytelling consistently and at high quality
- Measure and refine narrative impact using data and feedback
- Partner with analytics and marketing teams to assess narrative performance and audience engagement
- Use insights to continuously evolve the event story
What We're Looking For
- 12+ years of experience in enterprise storytelling, event strategy, brand narrative, or executive communications
- Strong focus on global and large-scale events
- Proven experience owning and scaling event narratives globally
- Demonstrated ability to adapt a core story across regions, industries, and audience types
- Demonstrated expertise in writing executive keynotes and shaping key speaking moments for senior leaders
- Deep familiarity with the full event ecosystem: flagship conferences, industry trade shows, executive forums, panels, speaking engagements
- Exceptional storytelling, writing, and presentation skills
- Proven ability to simplify complex technology and business value into compelling narratives
- Narratives must resonate with key customer groups
- Strong executive presence
- Comfort working in highly visible, fast-paced, ambiguous environments
- Proven experience working closely with cross-functional teams across regions and industries

Compensation: U.S. pay range: $157,300 -- $315,100 annually; California: $217,600 - $315,100; New York: $217,600 - $315,100. Non-sales roles: base salary + Annual Incentive Plan (AIP). Pay varies by work location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award (for eligible roles).
