Madison Logic is seeking a Director, Enterprise Account Sales to lead consultative sales of our B2B digital marketing solutions to large enterprise accounts. In this role, you will be responsible for achieving ambitious sales targets, managing key client relationships, and serving as a trusted digital marketing consultant.
What You'll Do
- Work on-site at the ML physical office 2-days per week.
- Conduct consultative sales of Madison Logic's portfolio of B2B products to Marketers.
- Achieve annual, monthly, and quarterly sales targets.
- Identify methods to promote and accelerate achievement of sales goals in the Region.
- Penetrate assigned accounts, including new business, renewals, and upsell.
- Directly manage ongoing relationships with enterprise accounts in region.
- Negotiate pricing and contractual agreements.
- Build and manage a strong pipeline of potential clients sufficient to exceed annual sales goals.
- Be a digital marketing consultant to clients, staying abreast of digital marketing best practices.
- Work collaboratively with the Customer Success team to ensure successful new client onboarding.
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure clients' ongoing success and satisfaction.
What We're Looking For
- University Degree, or equivalent experience.
- 7+ years of quota carrying B2B sales, selling B2B digital marketing solutions to Marketing leadership in large Enterprise Accounts.
- A track record of meeting annual targets in excess of 1.5 million USD.
- 2+ year history of over-achieving sales quotas (top 10-15% of company).
- Proven track-record of building strong, positive internal relationships with sales support staff.
- A consultative sales style, strong experience selling solutions.
- Ability to thrive in a fast paced environment.

Work Mode
This is a hybrid position based in London, requiring on-site work 2-days per week.
