We're seeking a Director of Demand Generation to drive and scale our B2B growth strategies. This role involves developing and executing comprehensive demand generation initiatives aligned with our go-to-market approach, focusing on engaging and converting mid-market to enterprise prospects through targeted multi-channel campaigns. You'll collaborate closely with sales, product marketing, and growth teams to build integrated campaigns that accelerate revenue growth. Success will be measured by qualified lead generation, lead nurturing program efficiency, and funnel optimization driving conversions. Location: Remote-first (United States) Full-time Permanent Exempt Compensation Ranges (USD): Zone A: $171,000 - $223,200 Zone B: $180,000 - $235,800 Zone C: $189,900 - $248,400 Eligible for company-wide bonus program based on performance metrics.
