About the Role

Scotiabank is seeking a Director, Culture & Performance, a senior enterprise leader within Global Human Resources (Talent Strategy). This role is accountable for strengthening Scotiabank’s organizational culture and enabling high performance across the Bank, playing a critical leadership role in advancing Talent Strategy's journey‑based operating model.

What You'll Do

  • Design and drive global culture and performance strategies aligned to Scotiabank’s enterprise priorities and evolving regulatory and conduct expectations.
  • Lead a globally distributed team to deliver enterprise-wide initiatives focused on creating a consistent, inclusive, and high-performing environment across regions.
  • Partner with senior leaders across HR, business lines, and corporate functions to ensure enterprise priorities are delivered through integrated, employee‑centred experiences.
  • Advance Talent Strategy's journey‑based operating model, organizing work around the moments that matter most to employees.

This is a senior enterprise leader role within Global Human Resources (Talent Strategy), leading a globally distributed team.

Work Mode

This role is based in a global context, with locations including Canada, Mexico, Colombia, Chile, Dominican Republic, Uruguay, and Peru.
