About the Role

The Director Comercial will lead the commercial strategy and sales execution for Pluxee Chile S.A., driving business development, managing the sales pipeline, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives. This role requires a results-driven leader with extensive experience in B2B sales management and strategic account leadership.

What You'll Do

  • Implement the commercial strategy aligned with business objectives
  • Actively participate in key sales (negotiations, deal closures, strategic accounts)
  • Manage the sales pipeline and forecast on a weekly basis
  • Drive business development actively (not just supervise)
  • Support the team in the field and in client meetings
  • Monitor commercial KPIs and take quick corrective actions
  • Identify new market and expansion opportunities
  • Coordinate with marketing, operations, and finance to ensure execution
  • Build simple and effective commercial processes (non-bureaucratic)

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • More than 10+ years of experience in sales management
  • 3+ years in a senior leadership role, leading both farmer and hunter teams
  • Solid experience in B2B sales environments, preferably in global companies
  • Advanced (fluent) English level is mandatory
