Sedgwick is hiring a Director | Client Services | Workers Compensation to drive account strategy, client retention, and revenue growth for clients in the PST time zone. You will be responsible for customer satisfaction, program management for complex accounts, and overseeing local Client Services staff.
What You'll Do
- Provide stewardship reporting to clients, educating them on impactful trends.
- Conduct pre-renewal visits to review client loss experience and company performance.
- Prepare client renewals, contract revisions, and service instructions for complex programs.
- Negotiate changes or improvements to client service plans.
- Facilitate the reduction of process, technology, or resource barriers by directing other internal departments.
- Coordinate client invoicing, audits, and accounts receivable follow-up.
- Resolve all major customer service issues.
- Identify and solicit cross-selling opportunities.
- Participate in the local insurance community through advanced education and affiliations.
- Supervise and direct personnel assigned to programs requiring multiple Account Representatives.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable Quality initiatives.
- Support the organization's quality program(s).
- Travel as required.
What We're Looking For
- Ten (10) years of related experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- This must include either two (2) years of account manager experience or five (5) years of adjuster experience.
- Within that experience, two (2) years must be in a supervisory capacity.
Nice to Have
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university.
- Professional designations such as CPCU, AIC, ARM, or other related credentials.
Technical Stack
- PC literate, including proficiency with Microsoft Office products.

You will provide support, guidance, leadership, and motivation to promote maximum performance. The role involves supervising and directing personnel assigned to programs requiring multiple Account Representatives.
