Nagarro is hiring a Director - Alliance Growth Partner to accelerate the growth of our offerings in AI/ML, Big Data, Cloud, and digital transformations by leveraging hyperscaler cloud solutions. This senior regional role focuses on building strategic customer relationships and collaborating closely with hyperscaler sales teams across key industry segments.
What You'll Do
- Drive alliance and sales revenue impact, including partner-influenced and sourced revenue.
- Achieve YoY growth and expansion in key accounts.
- Co-sell with hyperscalers and acquire new logos.
- Develop joint go-to-market strategies and participate in marketing events and digital campaigns.
- Bring new offerings and solutions to market.
- Represent Nagarro at conferences, partner summits, and other industry events.
- Conduct partnership development activities, including business plan meetings and follow-ups.
- Understand and plan for hyperscaler programs, utilizing available funding and incentives.
- Work closely with Nagarro's business units, practices, and sales teams to align partnership strategy with business needs.
- Provide monthly or quarterly reports to all stakeholders.
What We're Looking For
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with any of the hyperscaler cloud sales teams (e.g., AWS, Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud).
- 10+ years of combined experience in hyperscaler sales and IT services sales.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.

- Compensation: $200K-$320K OTE (Base salary plus commission).
