Velocity Black, a Capital One company, is looking for a Dining Specialist to deliver exceptional service to our high net worth clientele. You will be responsible for securing primetime reservations and cultivating relationships with premier dining and nightlife venues across major US markets.
What You'll Do
- Communicate with clients, restaurants, and team members to deliver primetime reservations at the best restaurants in major US markets.
- Source ideas for content to submit to the content team on a weekly basis.
- Develop new relationships with restaurants and nightlife venues in major US markets.
What We're Looking For
- High School Diploma, GED, or Equivalent Certification.
- At least 1 year of Luxury hospitality experience.
- At least 1 year of experience within the dining industry.
- Experience working with high net worth clients.
- Strong knowledge of the major US markets dining industry.
- Strong existing relationships with top-tier restaurants.
- Experience building relationships and partnerships with dining and nightlife venues.
- Entrepreneurial, problem-solving attitude.
- Excellent, clear, and effective verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience working in a collaborative and transparent environment.
- Ability to work in high-pressure environment with tight deadlines.
- Flexible working hours - available to work on evenings and weekends.
Nice to Have
- 2+ years of fine dining hospitality experience in major US markets.

- Compensation Range: $56,800 - $64,800 for Premium Customer Agent I.
Work Mode
This is a remote position. Candidates can be based anywhere in the US (Remote, Regardless of Location) or in Richmond, VA.
