Marvell Semiconductor Inc. is hiring an Associate Workplace Specialist, Multi-Site

Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily operations at multiple locations, including remote, satellite, and unstaffed sites.
  • Create and manage preventive maintenance plans to maintain compliance and functionality across all sites, even those without on-site personnel.
  • Use building management systems, IoT sensors, and CMMS platforms to monitor performance and address issues remotely.
  • Schedule and manage routine and emergency maintenance with regional service providers and technicians.
  • Perform virtual audits and facility inspections, supported by periodic physical visits.
  • Manage access control, security infrastructure, and essential systems in low-occupancy or remote buildings.
  • Develop standardized procedures for remote diagnostics, incident response, and escalation pathways.
  • Keep comprehensive and up-to-date records of equipment and assets across all distributed locations.
  • Act as the main contact for site representatives and employees across all locations.
  • Ensure remote and sparsely staffed sites receive equitable support and communication.
  • Lead initiatives that improve workplace experience across all facility types and sizes.
  • Choose, assess, and oversee vendors capable of servicing geographically dispersed sites.
  • Define service level agreements and performance benchmarks for third-party providers supporting remote operations.
  • Deliver high-quality facility services at optimal cost across the entire site network.
  • Manage both operational and capital budgets for all assigned facilities.
  • Monitor spending, project future costs, and identify savings through remote oversight and centralized operations.
  • Support implementation of capital projects across varied site environments.
  • Enforce safety standards and regulatory compliance across all locations, including remote ones.
  • Conduct regular safety evaluations using both virtual and in-person methods, ensuring resolution of findings.
  • Maintain emergency response plans and serve as escalation contact during critical incidents.
  • Lead facility modernizations, system replacements, space reconfigurations, and construction efforts across multiple locations.
  • Collaborate with IT, Security, Real Estate, and HR teams on cross-functional initiatives.
  • Ensure projects are completed on schedule, within defined scope, and on budget.
  • Supervise a team of technicians, coordinators, or service partners spread across different regions.
  • Provide leadership, training, and performance evaluations using both remote and in-person management techniques.
