SanMar is hiring a Digital Strategy Analyst to interpret digital data and drive strategic decisions that enhance the customer experience. You will leverage analytics tools and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver actionable insights.
What You'll Do
- Engage with stakeholders to understand needs and develop digital analytics measurement strategies.
- Design and configure tag management solutions using platforms like Google Tag Manager, Adobe Launch, or Telium.
- Collect, clean, and analyze digital data from websites, social media, and online campaigns.
- Identify trends, patterns, and opportunities to enhance the digital customer experience.
- Translate analytical findings into clear, actionable insights and recommendations.
- Identify areas for improvement in website usability, conversion rates, and customer engagement.
- Develop and execute A/B tests to validate insights and drive performance enhancements.
- Work closely with marketing, product, and technology teams to align recommendations with business goals.
- Present complex data insights clearly to non-technical stakeholders, including senior leadership.
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators.
- Collaborate with the data and analytics team to develop and refine a comprehensive data strategy.
- Ensure the accuracy and integrity of digital data through regular audits and troubleshooting.
- Confirm data collection complies with HIPAA regulations and partner agreements.
- Participate in special projects related to digital analytics, including new tracking methods.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Analytics, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Proven 2+ years experience in digital analytics, data interpretation, and delivering actionable insights.
- Deep expertise with tools such as Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics (or AEP), and Mixpanel.
- Strong experience with tag management solutions (e.g., Google Tag Manager, Adobe Launch, or Telium).
- Proven track record in technical debugging and quality assurance for web and mobile analytics.
- Familiarity with marketing technology solutions like Salesforce, Braze, HubSpot, Webflow, Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
- Excellent troubleshooting skills and a strong analytical mindset.
- Ability to interpret complex datasets and translate them into actionable insights.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proven ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S.
Nice to Have
- An advanced degree.
- Industry certifications in digital analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics).
- Experience in a fast-paced digital technology or large enterprise health tech environment.
- Familiarity with agile methodologies and project management tools.
- Experience in B2B2C.
- Familiarity with API development and cloud-based data architectures.

- Salary: $100,000-$105,000 annually + opportunity for equity participation.
