Shape the future of marketing operations in a fast-scaling SaaS organization by leading the design and execution of intelligent, data-driven systems across the APAC region. Reporting to the VP of Strategic Operations, you’ll bridge marketing, revenue operations, data, and finance to build a commercial engine powered by automation and AI-first thinking.
What You’ll Do
- Design and deploy intelligent workflows using AI tools like Claude and Clay to enhance efficiency and effectiveness across the go-to-market stack.
- Take full ownership of the marketing technology ecosystem, including HubSpot and its integrations, ensuring seamless data flow and operational reliability.
- Act as product owner for marketing tech—assessing, testing, and implementing new solutions with a builder’s mindset, prioritizing innovation over vendor dependency.
- Develop and refine lifecycle marketing programs such as lead routing, behavioral scoring, data enrichment, and nurture sequences to improve conversion and engagement.
- Strengthen alignment between Marketing and Sales by optimizing automation and handoff processes to reduce lead response time and increase pipeline velocity.
- Lead the development of clear, actionable reporting on funnel performance, attribution, CAC, and channel ROI—turning raw data into strategic insights.
- Establish and monitor data quality standards across systems, ensuring completeness, accuracy, and timeliness in all commercial reporting.
- Use platforms like Segment, Looker, and Zapier to unify data and drive intelligent automation at scale.
- Deliver not just dashboards, but clear, leadership-ready recommendations that drive decision-making and revenue outcomes.
What We’re Looking For
- 5+ years of experience in Marketing Operations, Revenue Operations, or GTM Engineering within a SaaS environment.
- Proven track record building AI-enhanced workflows using tools such as Claude, Clay, or comparable platforms.
- Deep expertise in HubSpot—automation, workflows, reporting, and lead management.
- Familiarity with CRM platforms like Salesforce and a strong grasp of cross-system data architecture.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in funnel modeling, attribution, and KPI dashboarding.
- Hands-on experience with data integration tools including Segment, Looker, or Zapier.
