The Krusteaz Company is seeking a Digital Shelf Content Coordinator to manage content acquisition and syndication across all retailer platforms. Reporting to the Sr. Manager, Digital Commerce, this role collaborates with Sales, Marketing, Brand Creative, Data Synchronization, Legal, and Regulatory teams to optimize our digital shelf presence.
What You'll Do
- Work cross-functionally with Marketing and Brand Creative to coordinate Digital Shelf content creation according to best practices and a content calendar.
- Conduct content syndication across all retailers and syndication platforms, including copy, imagery, videos, and enhanced content.
- Utilize the company’s Internal Content Platform and communicate updates to stakeholders.
- Monitor competitive activity and work with agencies to understand evolving content best practices.
- Coordinate with Data Synchronization to ensure accurate retail content and identify synergy opportunities.
- Maintain a centralized 'one source of truth' for all Digital Commerce content.
- Conduct monthly audits of retailer websites to identify gaps and ensure product information is accurate.
- Review Omni-Channel audits from the field and take corrective action.
- Create and maintain a digital content playbook with requirements, best practices, and a content tracker for each retailer.
- Work with the Digital Marketing team to ensure Ratings and Reviews are up to date and syndicated.
- A/B test content options, analyze performance, and make recommendations for updates.
- Become the internal expert on retailer requirements, best practices, and opportunities.
- Proofread all outgoing content to ensure adherence to legal, regulatory, and brand standards.
- Work with Marketing and Innovation teams to coordinate content for new product launches.
What We're Looking For
- Associate degree, or equivalent experience/training.
Nice to Have
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or Communication.
- 2-3 years of relevant experience in digital commerce, graphic design, proofreading, marketing, or copywriting.
