Autodesk Ltd. is hiring a Digital Sales Representative Manager to lead our high-velocity inside sales team across LATAM and NAMER. You will serve as the expert and strategic leader for digital sales in these regions, responsible for developing the team and processes that help innovators turn their ideas into reality.
What You'll Do
- Lead a team of Digital Sales Representatives (DSRs) in LATAM and NAMER.
- Develop best practice operating strategies and provide direction for the business development team.
- Help to hire, onboard, train, and manage DSRs.
- Motivate DSRs to meet and exceed goals through coaching and ongoing training.
- Enhance processes to achieve lead generation goals, report on metrics, and obtain KPIs.
- Generate new business by developing leads, understanding client needs, and establishing yourself as a trusted advisor.
- Leverage strong interpersonal skills to identify, engage with, and win new clients.
- Partner collaboratively with technical sales, inside sales, marketing and digital sales.
- Establish strong, partnership-minded relations with internal and external stakeholders.
- Identify and drive technology and process improvement through partnership with various internal functional groups.
What We're Looking For
- 2+ years in business development management roles.
- Proven track record in new business development and sales.
- Experience in both LATAM and NAMER markets.
- Strong business acumen, sense of ownership and a true 'hunter' mindset.
- Curiosity, creativity and an outstanding customer focus.
- Passionate and excited about trends and innovations in engineering and technology.
- Autonomous, proactive and collaborative work style.
- Fluency in Spanish and English.
Nice to Have
- Portuguese language skills are an advantage.
