Avalere Health is hiring a Digital Producer to lead digital project delivery for our pharmaceutical and healthcare clients. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating complex digital initiatives from concept to launch, ensuring they meet strategic goals, timelines, and quality standards.
What You'll Do
- Manage end-to-end digital project lifecycles for pharma and healthcare marketing campaigns
- Coordinate cross-functional teams including creative, development, and strategy to deliver on project objectives
- Develop and manage project timelines, budgets, and resource allocations
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring clear communication and expectations
- Mitigate project risks and troubleshoot issues to ensure timely delivery
- Ensure all deliverables adhere to regulatory and compliance standards for the pharmaceutical industry
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience managing digital projects within a pharmaceutical, healthcare, or regulated industry agency
- Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, web technologies, and content management systems
- Excellent client-facing communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency with project management tools and methodologies
