About the Role

Jobgether is hiring a Digital Media Account Executive to drive digital advertising revenue growth in a supportive, fast-paced environment. You will manage a portfolio of clients, develop comprehensive campaigns, and act as a strategic advisor to optimize performance.

What You'll Do

  • Drive digital media sales by managing and expanding a portfolio of existing clients while pursuing new business opportunities.
  • Develop and execute consultative, full-funnel advertising strategies that include branded content, video, display, social, and affiliate commerce.
  • Partner with internal teams in operations, marketing, and yield to create tailored solutions for clients.
  • Maintain a detailed understanding of clients’ objectives to deliver measurable results and optimize campaign performance.
  • Track, forecast, and report on pipeline metrics, ensuring targets and growth goals are consistently met.
  • Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients and media agencies, leveraging deep industry contacts.
  • Participate in strategic planning sessions to identify opportunities for revenue growth and client satisfaction.

What We're Looking For

  • 4+ years of experience in digital media or digital advertising.
  • 3+ years of direct sales experience, preferably as an individual contributor managing a book of business.
  • Strong network and relationships with media agencies and clients in digital media solutions.
  • Proven track record of achieving year-over-year growth and consistently meeting sales targets.
  • Experience leading consultative client conversations and delivering compelling advertising solutions.
  • Proficiency with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms for pipeline management, reporting, and forecasting.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  • Strategic, innovative, and energetic mindset with the ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment.

  • University degree or equivalent in a related field.
