About the Role

Netflix is looking for a Portuguese-Speaking Customer Solutions Specialist to join our team. You will be the primary liaison for assisting customers with billing, service education, scheduling, and troubleshooting system or hardware issues. This remote role requires excellent communication in both Portuguese and English within a fast-paced environment.

What You'll Do

  • Manage incoming phone calls, emails, and customer cases.
  • Assist customers with billing and contract-related requests.
  • Educate customers and answer general questions about the supported software.
  • Reach out to customers to schedule order installation, coordinating with subcontractor technicians.
  • Perform standardized troubleshooting of user-reported issues with the supported software and hardware.
  • Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and file documents.
  • Follow established communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.
  • Take the extra mile to engage customers.
  • Perform additional ad-hoc tasks and projects in alignment with business needs.

What We're Looking For

  • Excellent communication skills in both Portuguese (C1 level) and English (B2 level), written and spoken.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Customer-first mindset with a passion for helping people.
  • Effective follow-up and organizational skills.
  • Sharp attention to detail and outstanding problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team.
  • Great planning and organizational skills.
  • Positive attitude and proactive approach.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.

Nice to Have

  • College level education.
  • Previous experience in BPO, Customer Service, and/or technical account management.
  • Experience with CRM software is a big plus.
