Apply is hiring a Business Development Representative to serve as the first point of contact for potential customers and fuel our sales pipeline. This individual will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and qualifying prospects to support company growth.
What You'll Do
- Conduct outbound prospecting via cold calling, emails, social selling, and other creative outreach methods.
- Qualify leads based on defined criteria and schedule discovery meetings for the sales team.
- Research target accounts and key decision-makers to personalize outreach.
- Maintain and update CRM systems with accurate contact and activity information.
- Follow up on inbound marketing leads and convert them to qualified opportunities.
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to execute campaigns and improve lead generation.
- Meet or exceed weekly/monthly KPIs for calls, meetings booked, and conversions.
- Stay current on product knowledge, industry trends, and competitive positioning.
- Represent the company professionally and communicate our value proposition effectively.
What We're Looking For
- 1–2 years of experience in a BDR, SDR, or inside sales role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
- Highly organized and self-motivated with a hunter mentality.
- Comfortable using CRM systems, sales tools, and basic reporting dashboards.
- Coachable, curious, and eager to learn and grow in a sales career.

- Experience using outreach platforms such as Outreach.io, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, etc.
