You'll be the driving force behind our multi-channel campaigns, breathing life into our marketing efforts while empowering our sales team with killer collateral. If marketing technology makes your heart race and you're excited to see your work create real impact, this role is your perfect match. **What You'll Do** **Campaigns & Automation** • Manage digital acquisition programs across paid (Google Ads, LinkedIn, Reddit) and unpaid channels to boost pipeline and awareness • Track campaign performance, spot trends, and recommend optimization strategies • Handle HubSpot workflows, WordPress landing pages, and lead nurturing automation • Maintain pristine data quality and smooth marketing-to-sales handoff processes **Community & Social Engagement** • Authentically engage with our developer and partner community across LinkedIn, X, Reddit, and Nylas Forum • Use AI tools like AirOps to surface trending topics and craft compelling brand stories • Collaborate with subject matter experts to create credible, informed content **Marketing Operations & Project Coordination** • Support marketing operations, including campaign scheduling, budget tracking, and vendor coordination • Ensure cross-team project alignment and timely delivery • Provide process improvement insights and help build scalable marketing systems **What You'll Bring** • 3-6 years marketing experience (B2B, SaaS, startup preferred) • Proficiency in HubSpot, WordPress, Ahrefs, Google Search Console, GA4 • Analytical mindset with ability to transform data into actionable insights • Strong communication skills adaptable to technical topics • Exceptional organization and multi-project management skills • Curiosity about AI, developer ecosystems, and emerging marketing tech • Proactive, collaborative spirit with passion for continuous learning **Interview Process** *(subject to change)* • Round 1: 30-minute Google Meet with hiring manager • Round 2: 60-minute technical discussion (potential take-home assignment) • Round 3: Three 45-minute Google Meets with Nylas team members We want candidates who can articulate not just what they've done, but why and how they did it. Come prepared to showcase your work! **Compensation Range: CA$90K - CA$125K** *Nylas is registered as an employer in many, but not all, states/provinces.
