Vegas.com is looking for a Digital Marketing Coordinator to manage the execution of dynamic, multi-channel digital marketing programs. This role drives customer engagement, brand presence, and marketing performance to fuel the company's growth.
What You'll Do
- Own the end-to-end execution of weekly promotional emails and one-off campaigns, including building, QAing, and deploying sends.
- Determine email content strategy by analyzing sales performance, evaluating product opportunities, and collaborating cross-functionally.
- Oversee the ongoing optimization of website and landing page content within the CMS, ensuring accuracy and alignment with SEO and conversion best practices.
- Own the strategy and implementation of onsite merchandising and promotional placements, directing asset creation, scheduling, and prioritization.
- Analyze performance data to identify optimization actions and independently implement or recommend changes.
- Develop and execute social content plans to strengthen audience growth and engagement across key platforms.
- Oversee social community interactions to maintain brand presence, elevate customer sentiment, and identify opportunities.
- Collaborate with internal teams including Creative, Product, and Partner Management to align messaging and promotional priorities.
- Define and manage workflow processes, editorial calendars, and campaign timelines to drive efficiency and on-time execution.
- Conduct competitive research, analyze trends, and surface insights relevant to Las Vegas travel and entertainment.
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience in executing multi-channel digital marketing campaigns.
- Strong analytical skills with experience using data to inform content and strategy decisions.
- Experience building, QAing, and deploying email campaigns in a marketing automation platform.
- Proficiency in managing web content within a CMS and implementing SEO best practices.
- Experience developing social content plans and managing community engagement.
- Ability to manage multiple projects, define processes, and meet deadlines.
- Excellent collaboration skills to work effectively with creative, product, and partner teams.
- Knowledge of Las Vegas travel and entertainment trends is highly beneficial.
