As the Digital Health Delivery Lead for DACH and France, you will lead regional strategy execution, driving the integration of remote patient monitoring and digital health solutions within clinical workflows across key European markets.
Key Responsibilities
- Accelerate commercial growth by identifying and converting opportunities within hospital systems and healthcare providers
- Manage end-to-end sales cycles involving clinical, IT, procurement, and executive decision-makers
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders including clinicians, hospital leadership, and digital health innovators
- Support tender submissions and guide evaluation projects toward successful commercial deployment
- Translate clinical challenges into value-driven business cases to demonstrate measurable impact
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align regional execution with broader strategic goals
- Position digital health offerings within pre-, peri-, and post-discharge care pathways to enhance patient outcomes
- Work closely with system integrators, healthcare partners, and innovation networks to expand market reach
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Healthcare Management, Biomedical Engineering, or a related discipline
- 5–7 years of professional experience in healthcare, medtech, or digital health environments
- Proven track record in selling enterprise-level healthcare solutions
- In-depth knowledge of healthcare systems in Germany, Austria, Switzerland, and France
- Fluency in German, French, and English required
Compensation & Benefits
Offerings include a competitive base salary, with regional variation: up to €144,000 in Germany, €135,120 in Austria, €126,000 in France, and up to CHF 222,000 in Switzerland.
