SIXT is looking for a Digital Coordinator (m/f/d) to deliver exceptional customer support in a remote, international setting. In this role, you'll manage customer inquiries via phone, email, and video calls, ensuring smooth rental experiences and promoting additional services with a focus on customer satisfaction.
What You'll Do
- Manage customer inquiries via phone, email, or video calls.
- Assist customers with questions related to the vehicle rental and pickup process, as well as closing reservations.
- Verify customer information and provide related assistance.
- Offer technical support during key pickup and troubleshoot issues in the self-service section.
- Collaborate with SIXT branches located in different countries.
- Make calls to promote additional sales and improvements.

- Language Proficiency: Fluent in German and English.
- Effective Communication: ability to communicate clearly and persuasively, facilitating understanding and collaboration.

- Teamwork: ability to collaborate effectively with other team members in an international and dynamic environment.

- Additional languages such as Spanish, French, Italian, or Dutch are a plus.
