As a Bilingual DD Coordinator, you’ll play a key part in ensuring high-quality service delivery for clients and their families. Fluent in both English and Spanish, you will serve as a vital link between care teams, guardians, and support professionals.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver daily administrative support to leadership, including scheduling and coordination
- Process payroll and billing for Direct Support Professionals with accuracy and timeliness
- Communicate effectively with Spanish-speaking families, guardians, and staff members
- Maintain up-to-date records, certifications, and compliance documentation
- Participate in planning meetings, both virtual and in-person
- Ensure timely, bilingual communication across all service touchpoints
- Travel locally within the Valley for site visits, inspections, and team meetings
Qualifications
- Fluency in English and Spanish, both written and spoken, is required
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least one year of experience in administrative support or human services
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word, and database systems
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines
- Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally
- Must be at least 18 years old and able to pass a background check and obtain a DPS fingerprint clearance
