This role supports individuals with developmental disabilities by providing essential administrative, staffing, and compliance coordination. As a key support to leadership, you'll manage payroll and billing for Direct Support Professionals, maintain accurate records, and ensure all certifications remain current and up to date.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver daily administrative support to the care coordination team
- Process payroll and service billing accurately and on schedule
- Communicate effectively with Spanish-speaking families, guardians, and staff
- Participate in member planning meetings, both virtually and in person
- Ensure timely follow-up and service coordination in both languages
- Travel locally across the Valley for meetings, site visits, and assessments
- Maintain confidentiality and meet all compliance requirements
What You’ll Need
- Fluency in both English and Spanish, both written and spoken
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least one year of experience in administration or human services
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word, and database systems
- Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally
- Must be 18 or older, pass a background check, and obtain a DPS fingerprint clearance card
