Help patients access the care they need by verifying insurance coverage and securing necessary authorizations. In this fully remote position, you’ll play a vital role in streamlining the patient onboarding process by reviewing medical documentation, confirming clinical requirements, and ensuring compliance with individual health plans.
What You’ll Do
- Review incoming patient referrals and validate required documentation from referral sources
- Contact insurance providers to obtain authorizations and clarify coverage details
- Communicate clearly with patients and healthcare providers to resolve gaps in information
- Identify recurring issues and collaborate with internal teams to improve processes
- Support field operations by delivering timely, accurate feedback that enhances care delivery
- Build strong working relationships with clinical and operational teams across the organization
- Contribute to a positive workplace culture by supporting employee engagement initiatives
What We’re Looking For
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1–3 years of experience in healthcare, insurance, or a related field
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Work Environment
This is a remote role requiring a quiet, distraction-free workspace. Candidates must be based in and authorized to work within the United States. Regular collaboration with team members across departments is expected.
