Middle Seat is seeking a Digital Coordinator, Email (Temporary) to provide foundational support for client email programs. This is an entry-level opportunity to learn email creative development, production, reporting, and client relations while contributing to progressive organizations, candidates, and causes.
What You'll Do
- Write first drafts of email content under supervision
- Write first drafts of content for donation forms and landing pages under supervision
- Help podmates get content reviewed, edited, and ready for final client approval
- Learn to apply theories of change in email copy
- Learn to produce and launch emails
- Learn basic HTML, CSS, and SQL as needed
- Learn basic CRM functionalities
- Learn the basics of email testing
- Learn to pull, read, and interpret email performance metrics
- Learn to set up donation forms and other landing pages
- Contribute to email reporting under supervision
- Keep email reports up-to-date
- Attend brainstorms and internal team meetings
- Attend client meetings
- Occasionally contribute ideas to email calendars
- Update email calendars as needed
- Proof peer emails for accuracy and functionality

Team & Environment
