SIXT is hiring a German Speaking Agent for Replacement Reservations. You will join an international team to process replacement vehicle reservations for private customers experiencing breakdowns or accidents. You'll work closely with insurance and roadside assistance companies, handling orders via email or phone in a fully remote, customer-focused environment.
What You'll Do
- Ensure customers quickly and easily receive a replacement vehicle in case of breakdowns or accidents.
- Process orders from insurance and roadside assistance companies promptly and in a customer-oriented manner via email or phone.
- Create orders and reserve the requested vehicles.
What We're Looking For
- Fluent in German and English.
- Excellent customer orientation and ability to understand and anticipate customer needs.
- Effective communication skills, enjoying writing and making phone calls.
- Flexibility to adapt to a dynamic work environment, including availability for night shifts.
- Ability to collaborate effectively in a team.
- Solution-focused mindset with the ability to quickly identify problems and propose effective solutions.
- Initial experience working with MS Office programs (Word, Outlook).
- Work reliably, independently, and in a service- and solution-oriented manner.
Nice to Have
- Additional languages such as Spanish, French, Italian, or Dutch.
