SIXT is seeking German and English-speaking Customer Service Agents to work remotely from anywhere in Spain. In this role, you will serve as the first point of contact for German-speaking customers, providing support via phone and email before, during, and after bookings while contributing to customer satisfaction and loyalty.
What You'll Do
- Act as the first point of contact for German customers, providing support for all inquiries before, during, and after the booking
- Support customers via phone and e-mail communication
- Engage customers with expert knowledge of products and services
- Increase customer satisfaction and loyalty through friendly and professional service
- Collaborate as a team player and handle administrative tasks within the team
What We're Looking For
- German proficiency with fluent English skills
- Customer orientation with a passion for service and assisting customers
- Professional experience with at least 1 year in a similar role
- Technical skills with proven MS Office knowledge
- Flexibility to work remotely from home, Monday to Sunday
