Concentrix is looking for a Customer Care Agent with German & English to provide remote support for well-known brands across tech, finance, travel, fashion, and healthcare. You'll manage multichannel customer interactions to champion better brand experiences.
What You'll Do
- Review customer requests and respond according to their specific needs and situations.
- Manage multichannel interactions via voice, email, or chat to ensure a consistent customer experience.
- Develop skills and learn to use software solutions that improve people’s lives.
- Champion better brand experiences for customers and clients.
What We're Looking For
- Proficient in German (C1) and English (B2).
- High school diploma.
- Proactive, self-motivated, and solution-oriented mindset.
- A specific professional background with at least 6 months in a BPO environment.
- Strong observation skills with attention to detail.
- High resilience and logical reasoning.
