Concentrix was looking for a Customer Service Representative (German-speaking) - Remote

Concentrix is seeking a Customer Service Representative (German-speaking) - Remote to deliver outstanding support to our German-speaking customers. In this role, you will be a key point of contact, ensuring a positive service experience from start to finish.

What You'll Do

  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues via phone, email, or chat
  • Provide accurate information about products, services, and policies in German
  • Document all customer interactions and follow up as required
  • Escalate complex cases to the appropriate internal teams
  • Maintain a high standard of customer satisfaction and service quality

What We're Looking For

  • Professional fluency in German and English, both written and spoken
  • Proven experience in a customer-facing support or service role
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a patient, empathetic demeanor
  • Ability to work independently and manage your time effectively in a remote setting
  • Comfort using standard help desk software and communication tools
