Concentrix is seeking a Customer Service Representative (German-speaking) - Remote to deliver outstanding support to our German-speaking customers. In this role, you will be a key point of contact, ensuring a positive service experience from start to finish.
What You'll Do
- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues via phone, email, or chat
- Provide accurate information about products, services, and policies in German
- Document all customer interactions and follow up as required
- Escalate complex cases to the appropriate internal teams
- Maintain a high standard of customer satisfaction and service quality
What We're Looking For
- Professional fluency in German and English, both written and spoken
- Proven experience in a customer-facing support or service role
- Strong problem-solving skills and a patient, empathetic demeanor
- Ability to work independently and manage your time effectively in a remote setting
- Comfort using standard help desk software and communication tools
