Ethos is hiring a Digital Campaign Marketing Manager

About the Role

Sezzle is seeking a Digital Campaign Marketing Manager to lead integrated digital marketing campaigns and Account-Based Marketing (ABM) programs aimed at driving pipeline growth from target accounts. You will act as the strategic and analytical link between ambitious marketing initiatives, ensuring the right message reaches the right accounts.

What You'll Do

  • Architect multi-channel ABM campaigns by partnering with Sales, Marketing Ops, and RevOps.
  • Own audience architecture for database segmentation to ensure personalized outreach.
  • Build sophisticated nurture streams to drive thought leadership and accelerate Lead-to-MQL conversion.
  • Launch integrated digital campaigns to amplify event sponsorships and major content drops.
  • Execute third-party sponsorships and influencer programs to build authority within the ICP.
  • Maintain rigorous focus on performance, reporting on and optimizing programs to meet pipeline targets.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Events, Content, and Analytics teams.
  • Partner with the Director of Demand Generation to forecast campaign spend and drive creative engagement.

What We're Looking For

  • 4+ years experience leading integrated digital campaigns and ABM programs in a B2B SaaS environment.
  • Proven track record partnering with Sales and RevOps to move target account engagement and pipeline.
  • Strong grasp of B2B funnel metrics and attribution modeling.
  • Proficiency in Marketing automation (e.g., Marketo/Hubspot), CRM (e.g., Salesforce), and ABM platforms (e.g., 6sense/Demandbase).
  • Experience supporting large-scale event sponsorships and content-led growth initiatives.
  • Ability to translate campaign data into actionable insights for cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Proactive self-starter who thrives in high-growth, fast-paced startup environments.
