Middle Seat is hiring a Digital Advertising Coordinator for a temporary, full-time role. You will manage political and advocacy ad campaigns, focusing on progressive causes and organizations. This position involves running campaigns, writing copy, and learning digital advertising strategies to support our mission.
What You'll Do
- Run ad campaigns and support the ads team, including writing content, reviewing staff content, and coordinating with other departments.
- Write compelling ad copy with clear theories of change asking supporters to donate, join, or support clients.
- Set up and review ad campaigns on platforms like Facebook and Google, and begin to think strategically about campaign goals.
- Learn best practices for direct donate, acquisition, and persuasion campaigns, and how to integrate ads into a broader digital program.
- Serve as day-to-day contact with assigned clients in collaboration with other ads team members.
- Assist with A/B testing content, design, targeting, and landing pages.
What We're Looking For
- Experience running digital ad campaigns or a strong desire to learn in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to write clear, persuasive, and action-oriented copy.
- Commitment to progressive organizations, candidates, and causes.
- Strong organizational skills and comfort coordinating across teams.
