Tomplay Inc is hiring a Digital Acquisition Specialist to drive user growth across paid media, influencer marketing, SEO, and ASO. You will develop and execute global acquisition campaigns to maximize ROAS and help transform how millions of musicians learn, practice, and perform music.
What You'll Do
- Develop, execute, and manage data-driven paid advertising campaigns across platforms like Meta and Apple Search Ads, focusing on measurement and optimization.
- Produce, edit, and deliver high-quality ad creatives (videos, images) aligned with brand guidelines for diverse target groups.
- Leverage cost-efficient solutions (creators, UGC, AI tools) to generate and continuously test high-performing creatives.
- Manage advertising budget effectively using data and attribution insights to optimize spend and ROI.
- Oversee localization of ads into 10+ languages for international markets.
- Identify, onboard, and manage influencers, content creators, and online educators to drive user acquisition and revenue.
- Build long-term partnerships with key influencers, teachers, and communities like online music schools.
- Track and analyze influencer campaign performance to optimize for conversion and ROI.
- Research keywords and topics to craft SEO-optimized content for Tomplay's website, YouTube, and generative AI platforms.
- Monitor and analyze SEO performance using tools like Google Search Console and Ahrefs to provide actionable improvement plans.
- Develop and implement ASO strategies for App Store and Google Play, including keyword optimization and creative testing.
What We're Looking For
- Extensive experience managing performance-driven ad campaigns across Meta, Apple Search Ads, and Google Ads with proven ROAS optimization.
- Proven track record in running and optimizing successful acquisition and remarketing campaigns.
- Play a music instrument and can read music notation (essential to understand musician's needs and create relevant content).
- Ability to produce and edit ad creatives and copies (texts, videos, images) independently with strong attention to detail and brand consistency.
- Experience in SEO, including keyword research, content strategy, and performance tracking.
- Proficiency in analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Looker, Ahrefs, or similar.
- Fluency in English with excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Nice to Have
- Familiarity with creators/UGC and AI tools to produce high-quality, cost-efficient creatives.
- Knowledge of additional languages.
