DaVita is seeking a Registered Dietitian to serve as a vital member of each patient's core care team. In this role, you'll build deep relationships with patients and their families in an intimate outpatient setting, using lab analysis to provide personalized dietary education.
What You'll Do
- Build meaningful and long-term relationships with patients and their families in an outpatient clinic.
- Analyze lab-work results and educate patients and their families on tailored dietary plans.
- Collaborate within a Team that appreciates, supports and relies on each other in a positive environment.
What We're Looking For
- State licensure required if it is available in the state where the facility is located.
- Bachelor's degree in Nutrition, Dietetics, or a similar area.
- Ability to work flexible schedules, possibly for multiple facilities, and travel when needed.
- After hire and training, successful completion of the Competency Assessment for Renal Dietitians (CARD) with a score of at least 80%.
- Intermediate computer skills and proficiency with MS Word, Excel, and Outlook, as well as functional proficiency with DaVita-specific applications within 60 days.
