About the Role

Thomson Reuters is seeking a detail-oriented Content Specialist to contribute to our product excellence. You will be an integral part of an Editorial or Content Operations team, helping to create, acquire, prepare, and deliver high-quality content and information for our products and their features across all publication media.

What You'll Do

  • Perform key publishing duties including analyzing, keying, converting, coding, copyreading, editing, merging, rendering, loading, and validating data.
  • Support team publishing goals by consistently meeting deadlines.
  • Execute quality control to ensure the accuracy and completeness of all work.
  • Prioritize your own work, attend team meetings, and engage in the performance management process.
  • Handle content acquisition, including manuscript and electronic file analysis, coding, error resolution, editing, compiling, proofreading, and verification.

What We're Looking For

  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in keying, converting, coding, and editing data.
  • Demonstrated copyreading, proofreading, and editing abilities with a keen eye for detail.
  • Ability to work effectively under tight deadlines and support team goals.
  • Proven experience in content acquisition, including manuscript analysis, coding, and error resolution.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to independently prioritize tasks while maintaining high work standards.
  • A Bachelor's degree is required.
  • Must be willing to work on any shift and a shifting schedule.
  • Candidates must be willing to work a hybrid schedule in Mckinley Hill Taguig (2 days in the office, 3 days at home).

Team & Environment

You will participate in an Editorial or Content Operations team, contributing directly to the creation and quality of our content products.
