Thomson Reuters is seeking a detail-oriented Content Specialist to contribute to our product excellence. You will be an integral part of an Editorial or Content Operations team, helping to create, acquire, prepare, and deliver high-quality content and information for our products and their features across all publication media.
What You'll Do
- Perform key publishing duties including analyzing, keying, converting, coding, copyreading, editing, merging, rendering, loading, and validating data.
- Support team publishing goals by consistently meeting deadlines.
- Execute quality control to ensure the accuracy and completeness of all work.
- Prioritize your own work, attend team meetings, and engage in the performance management process.
- Handle content acquisition, including manuscript and electronic file analysis, coding, error resolution, editing, compiling, proofreading, and verification.
What We're Looking For
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in keying, converting, coding, and editing data.
- Demonstrated copyreading, proofreading, and editing abilities with a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to work effectively under tight deadlines and support team goals.
- Proven experience in content acquisition, including manuscript analysis, coding, and error resolution.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to independently prioritize tasks while maintaining high work standards.
- A Bachelor's degree is required.
- Must be willing to work on any shift and a shifting schedule.
- Candidates must be willing to work a hybrid schedule in Mckinley Hill Taguig (2 days in the office, 3 days at home).
Team & Environment
You will participate in an Editorial or Content Operations team, contributing directly to the creation and quality of our content products.
