Jones Lang LaSalle (JLL) is hiring a Facilities Assistant to be the primary point of contact for building occupants, ensuring a high-quality workplace experience. You will take ownership of the space, provide excellent customer service, and coordinate with janitorial and service partners.
What You'll Do
- Act as the main point of contact for building occupants, fielding questions with a customer-centric approach.
- Develop in-depth knowledge of the building and take pride in ownership of the space.
- Anticipate occupant needs and proactively assist them.
- Answer questions about building locations, furniture, and equipment.
- Conduct regular space walk-throughs to engage with occupants and gather feedback on the overall workplace experience.
- Perform daily building/floor inspections with the janitorial team to ensure spaces are fit for purpose and clean.
- Report issues and ensure janitorial schedules are met.
- Reorganize furniture and replenish supplies as needed.
- Monitor and document space utilization, including furniture, micro kitchens, and meeting rooms.
- Support the management of meeting rooms and breakout areas.
- Promote high satisfaction by promptly responding to occupant needs.
- Monitor and ensure prompt response from JLL team members and service partners.
- Demonstrate leadership by directing and monitoring JLL and service partner delivery for compliance.
- Develop close working relationships with key client stakeholders.
- Communicate openly, honestly, and transparently, tailoring messages to the audience.
- Support the wider JLL, GWS, and partner teams on site.
- Add value through delivery, innovation, and communication.

Work Mode
This is an onsite position located in TEL AVIV, ISR.
