Zippy is looking for a Dealer Sales Manager to manage and strengthen client relationships within the manufactured housing dealer channel. You will educate clients on our loan processes, drive revenue growth by increasing applications and funded loans, and serve as a key advocate and subject matter expert. This position requires significant travel, ramping up to as much as 80% as we expand our dealer footprint.
What You'll Do
- Build, maintain, and grow relationships with Zippy's clients and their key contacts in the manufactured housing dealer channel.
- Maintain market share with existing dealers and drive pull-through at their locations.
- Grow applications and funded loans at clients; communicate and quantify growth barriers to leadership.
- Conduct on-site and remote training of dealer sales and transactions teams on Zippy's processes and technology.
- Communicate process updates and changes; help leadership determine the viability of changes.
- Track Zippy's performance with each dealership, primarily market share (% of apps and total loans) each month.
- Ensure Salesforce is up-to-date with key client contacts and communication tracking.
- Understand Zippy's loan process from start to finish including stages, necessary documents, and associated technologies.
- Help define territories, establish outreach cadence, and shape foundational processes for the new channel.
- Represent clients' best interests within Zippy, communicating their needs and priorities to leadership and the originations team.
- Serve as a subject matter expert on Zippy's process from marketing to funding.
- Develop a deep understanding of a client's potential funded loans and applications and why Zippy isn't reaching it.
- Stay informed on market trends, lending practices, and dealer dynamics to help Zippy maintain a competitive edge.
- Ensure dealership operations and loan activities meet Zippy's standards, legal requirements, and regulatory guidelines.

- Strong proficiency in Salesforce and managing client data through CRM systems.

- Background in tech-forward environments, mortgage, or tech enablement preferred, with a willingness to learn Zippy's processes.
- SaaS experience and the ability to highlight the value of tech products.
