Unit8 SA is looking for a Data & AI Client Partner to lead our business development efforts in the Romandie region. Based in Lausanne, Switzerland, you will be responsible for identifying new opportunities and building long-term strategic relationships with clients.
What You'll Do
- Develop and execute a business development strategy for the Romandie market
- Identify and engage with potential clients to understand their data and AI challenges
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of opportunities
- Structure and negotiate commercial proposals and contracts
- Collaborate with delivery teams to ensure client satisfaction and project success
- Represent Unit8 at industry events and conferences
What We're Looking For
- Proven track record in business development or sales within the data, analytics, or AI consulting space
- Deep understanding of the technology landscape, particularly data engineering and AI/ML
- Strong existing network and relationships with potential clients in Romandie
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in French and English
- Ability to translate complex technical concepts into business value
- Self-starter with a strategic mindset and a drive to achieve targets
