The Customer Support Specialist will play a key role in supporting Tieto Indtech's HR and payroll system eCompanion, serving public sector clients in Sweden. This position bridges customer operations, system functionality, and development teams, ensuring smooth daily operations and continuous improvement at Tietoevry.
What You'll Do
- Work with support and troubleshooting in HR and payroll systems
- Support users within HR, payroll, and finance in their daily work
- Handle cases related to payroll processes, employment, absence, time, and compensation
- Provide secure and clear guidance even under time pressure
- Document and structure solutions and working methods
- Capture recurring questions, shortcomings, and improvement needs from support
- Contribute support's perspective in testing, requirements, and specification work
- Participate in testing changes and new features from the user's and business's perspective
- Collaborate with development on quality and usability
- Act as a key contact point for customers in daily operations together with other support staff
What We're Looking For
- Experience working with financial and/or payroll systems, preferably within or related to public sector operations
- Experience working with support
- Good understanding of HR processes and how systems are used in daily operations
- Experience coordinating, driving, and managing issues involving multiple internal and external stakeholders
- Experience in testing, requirements gathering, and/or creating clear specifications
- Ability to combine analysis, service, and system improvement
Nice to Have
- Experience with the HR or payroll system eCompanion
- Experience in testing, requirements work, or specification
- Customer-facing project management experience
