T3 Services Group was looking for an IT Support Specialist

The IT Support Specialist plays a key role in maintaining the organization’s technology infrastructure, providing direct support to employees and ensuring systems run smoothly. You'll diagnose and resolve technical issues affecting computers, mobile devices, printers, and network connections, helping maintain productivity across distributed teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver timely technical support for hardware, software, and connectivity challenges
  • Set up and configure workstations, laptops, and user accounts
  • Diagnose and resolve issues with email, collaboration platforms, and business applications
  • Respond to and manage incoming support requests through a ticketing system
  • Document solutions and maintain accurate resolution records
  • Support onboarding and offboarding processes, including access provisioning and device recovery
  • Track and manage inventory of IT equipment, coordinating repairs or replacements as needed
  • Assist with system updates, patches, and ongoing IT initiatives

Qualifications

Candidates should have a background in IT support or system administration, with demonstrated ability to troubleshoot technical problems efficiently. Strong familiarity with Microsoft environments and cloud-based platforms is essential. Excellent communication and time management skills are required to balance multiple tasks effectively.

  • Proven experience in helpdesk or technical support roles
  • Proficiency with Microsoft products and cloud systems
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
  • Experience with ticketing systems and technical documentation
  • Familiarity with field-service software such as ServiceTitan is a plus
