Lylu Wear is looking for a Customer Support Representative to join our team. In this fully remote role, you will be the primary point of contact for our customers in Mexico, helping them navigate orders and deliveries while providing excellent service.
What You'll Do
- Answer customer questions about products and order status.
- Provide accurate updates on shipping and delivery timelines.
- Resolve straightforward service issues efficiently.
- Document all customer interactions in our support system.
- Maintain clear, professional, and polite communication.
What We're Looking For
- Basic English reading and writing skills are required.
- You must currently reside in Mexico.
Nice to Have
- Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred.
