Lylu Wear is looking for a Customer Support Representative to join our team. In this role, you will support our Distribution Department by focusing on order-related assistance and customer communication across the entire supply and delivery flow.
What You'll Do
- Respond to customer inquiries about orders and deliveries.
- Coordinate with distribution and warehouse teams.
- Track shipments and resolve delivery issues.
- Update order status in internal systems.
- Ensure clear and timely customer communication.
What We're Looking For
- Must be currently based in Ohio.
