About the Role

Lylu Wear is seeking a Customer Support Representative to provide remote support for our Distribution Department in Tulsa. In this role, you will focus on order-related assistance and customer communication across our supply and delivery flow.

What You'll Do

  • Respond to customer inquiries about orders and deliveries.
  • Coordinate with distribution and warehouse teams.
  • Track shipments and resolve delivery issues.
  • Update order status in internal systems.
  • Ensure clear and timely customer communication.

What We're Looking For

  • Must be currently based in Oklahoma.

Nice to Have

  • Previous customer support experience preferred.
