Futura Marketing is looking for an Entry-Level Customer Support professional to join our team. This is a part-time, remote position based in Hartford, CT, featuring weekday daytime shifts. You'll begin with guided training from day one.
What You'll Do
- Answer customer questions about our services
- Handle and confirm incoming orders
- Provide status updates on customer requests
- Enter data accurately into internal systems
- Resolve basic client concerns
- Communicate effectively with distribution staff
What We're Looking For
- No prior customer support experience is needed
- Strong written English communication skills
- Comfortable using web-based tools and software
- Organized and detail-oriented work style
- A reliable home internet connection
- Must reside within the United States
