Futura Marketing is looking for an Entry-Level Customer Support professional to join our team. This is a part-time, remote position based in Hartford, CT, featuring weekday daytime shifts. You'll begin with guided training from day one.

What You'll Do

  • Answer customer questions about our services
  • Handle and confirm incoming orders
  • Provide status updates on customer requests
  • Enter data accurately into internal systems
  • Resolve basic client concerns
  • Communicate effectively with distribution staff

What We're Looking For

  • No prior customer support experience is needed
  • Strong written English communication skills
  • Comfortable using web-based tools and software
  • Organized and detail-oriented work style
  • A reliable home internet connection
  • Must reside within the United States
