EQL Tech is hiring a Founding GTM Systems & Automation Manager to architect our go-to-market technology infrastructure. This foundational operations role is responsible for building, connecting, and automating our entire GTM stack to support high-velocity growth.
What You'll Do
- Own the automation brain (n8n), building, monitoring, and hardening complex workflows that replace manual effort.
- Deeply integrate HubSpot with Stripe, Apollo, and internal AI tools to ensure seamless data flow from lead to renewal.
- Identify gaps and replace fragile human processes with scalable, automated systems.
- Maintain a clean data model to enable rapid GTM experiments and usage-based expansion triggers.
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience building and automating GTM systems infrastructure in a startup environment.
- Expert-level proficiency with workflow automation platforms, specifically n8n.
- Deep experience integrating and managing HubSpot, Stripe, and Apollo.
- A systems-first mindset focused on translating strategy into durable, automated workflows.
- Strong analytical skills to identify process leaks and implement scalable solutions.

- Salary: $25,000 – $45,000 USD
