Futura Marketing is looking for a Client Support Representative to join our team in a part-time, remote capacity. This role is responsible for guiding clients through service inquiries and ensuring smooth order processing during weekday hours. Full training and onboarding are provided.
What You'll Do
- Guide clients through service questions and provide support
- Process and confirm incoming client orders
- Update customer details and information in our system
- Coordinate with the distribution team on order fulfillment
- Monitor request status and timelines proactively
- Document each client interaction with clear notes
What We're Looking For
- Strong written English communication skills
- Basic computer navigation and software skills
- A reliable, high-speed internet connection
- A detail-focused and organized approach to work
- Must reside within the state of California
