Futura Marketing is looking for a Customer Support Assistant to provide excellent service from Puerto Rico. This part-time, remote role involves handling customer communications and maintaining accurate order information for our clients.
What You'll Do
- Respond to customer emails and inquiries
- Update order and shipping records
- Help resolve delivery-related issues
- Follow service workflows and scripts
- Log support activity accurately
- Escalate complex requests when needed

- Strong written communication
- Basic computer and typing skills
- Detail-oriented and dependable
- Fluent in English
- Must reside in Puerto Rico
