Concentrix is looking for a Customer Service Representative (Remote) to provide support and resolution of routine problems for our clients' products and services. You'll work from home, interfacing with customers via inbound/outbound calls and the web.
What You'll Do
- Maintain acceptable production levels as set by management.
- Provide details on discount services to help retain and save customers.
- Provide a high level of customer service and empathy.
- Ask probing questions to discover the wants, interests, and needs of customers.
- Deliver bad news and de-escalate critical situations.
- Navigate multiple systems efficiently.
- Participate in ongoing training and self-development.
- Maintain advanced knowledge of procedures, product information, and online resource tools.
- Maintain regular attendance and punctuality as scheduled and adhere to all company time and attendance policies.
- Participate in activities designed to improve business performance.
- Ensure that all quality targets are met and maintained.
- Deliver expert customer experiences.
What We're Looking For
- Minimum of 6 months to 1 year of solid customer service experience.
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Ability to effectively communicate with customers and ask discovery questions.
- Comfortability with Outlook, asynchronous tools, and Microsoft Excel.
- Must be comfortable being on web camera.
- Proficiency in fast-paced multi-tasking.
- Eagerness to learn new technologies.
- Ability to utilize tools and resources to efficiently serve customers.
- Ability to articulate in a professional and efficient manner.
- Ability to break down complex subject matter into relatable knowledge for customers.
- Ability to be flexible with the hours of operation.
- Must reside in the United States or have a valid U.S. address for residence.
- Legally authorized to work in the United States.
