WB Cargo Service is seeking a Client Support Representative (Remote) to join our distribution department. You will play a key part in supporting daily order flow and client communication in a part-time capacity. Your focus will be on ensuring smooth distribution processes and timely resolution of requests.
What You'll Do
- Respond to client inquiries via email and phone.
- Support daily distribution operations.
- Track orders and shipments to ensure on-time delivery.
- Update and maintain accurate client records.
- Coordinate with internal logistics teams.
- Report operational issues and shipment delays promptly.
- Follow established service procedures.
What We're Looking For
- California residency is required for this role.
- Strong written communication skills.
- Clear spoken English proficiency.
- Basic experience with CRM or similar support systems.
- Reliable, high-speed internet access for a remote work setup.
- Good time management and organizational abilities.
- Ability to work independently and proactively.
