Lylu Wear is hiring a Customer Care Assistant to provide direct support to our customers. In this fully remote role based in Morelia, you will be the first point of contact for order questions, delivery updates, and general service needs.
What You'll Do
- Respond to customer emails and chat messages.
- Provide clear updates on order progress.
- Assist with delivery tracking and status checks.
- Resolve simple service concerns quickly.
- Log interactions in internal tools.
- Maintain friendly and professional tone.
What We're Looking For
- Basic English reading and writing required.
- Comfortable using online support systems.
- Strong organization and attention to detail.
- Reliable internet and home workspace.
- Must currently live in Mexico.

- Customer service experience is a plus.
